Here is what I know, professionally, I love seniors, giving back is a passion I thoroughly enjoy, I'm good at helping people find and achieve their purpose, I love planning events and fundraisers and most of all, watching those that surround me smile and laugh and for me to know, I had some even small impact on their life.

I am a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Florida and Extended Congregate Care certified with an outstanding reputation in the senior living community along with extensive successful experience.

I have spent a significant amount of my career researching and creating trainings to improve the quality of care for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia related disorders. I have been fortunate to have had multiple opportunities to educate college students and first responders on approaching seniors with dementia.

My skills and expertise have been utilized as a consultant to assist with the training, development and growth of other communities and teams throughout the country.

One of my strengths is turning around properties that have not been financially profitable. I have had great success in building strong leaders, maintaining deficiency free surveys with AHCA, growing census and creating financially profitable communities.

I find value in building and fostering professional relationships with my associates by creating a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, trust, attentiveness and happiness providing the team with confidence to perform at their best.

It is my professional mission to give seniors a chance to leave their legacy, create memories with families and friends and feel secure in their decision of choosing the best home for themselves.
